Responsibilities:

Greeting clients, staff, and vendors at the reception desk

Process, sort, and organize outgoing mail and packages

Make and receive phone calls

Requirements:

3+ years of office administration, reception, and/or secretary experience working in an office setting

Advanced interpersonal skills

Excellent with MS Office and learning new applications and processes
