Job Title: Commercial/Industrial High Purity Piping Project Manager

Location: Orange County, CA

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial/Industrial High Purity Piping Project Manager to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee high purity piping projects for commercial and industrial clients, ensuring successful completion within the established timeline, budget, and quality standards.

  2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

  3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.

  4. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners, such as fabricators, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

  5. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to address issues, mitigate risks, and ensure timely and successful project completion.

  6. Maintain a deep understanding of high purity piping systems, components, materials, and industry best practices.

  7. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  8. Prepare and present project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  9. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  10. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in high purity piping project management, with a focus on commercial and industrial applications.

  2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale piping projects.

  3. Strong knowledge of high purity piping systems, components, materials, and industry best practices.

  4. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and adapt to changing circumstances.

  7. Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

  8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
