- Blueprint Analysis: Accurately interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure precision in project implementation.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently, identify their origins, and employ the most effective solutions.
- Tool Mastery: Use plumbing tools and equipment proficiently, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with peers, sharing expertise and assisting in intricate plumbing tasks.
- Code Adherence: Stay updated and strictly adhere to local plumbing codes and industry regulations.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to provide timely updates, seek feedback, and guarantee top-notch service delivery.

Required Skills:
- Residency in or close to Jacksonville, NC.
- A minimum of 5 years in commercial plumbing.
- Hold a Journeyman plumbing certification or a comparable qualification.
- Demonstrated aptitude in understanding and executing tasks from plumbing blueprints and technical diagrams.
- In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and industry standards.
- Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality work.
