Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing and managing commercial plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Review and analyze construction documents using Bluebeam software to ensure project specifications and quality standards adherence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the availability of materials and resources as per project timelines.
- Address and resolve project-related issues, challenges, and discrepancies in real time.
- Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates, feedback, and insights as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in the commercial plumbing industry.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in or near San Jose, CA.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing and analyzing construction documents using Bluebeam software.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
