Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and managing commercial plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
  • Review and analyze construction documents using Bluebeam software to ensure project specifications and quality standards adherence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the availability of materials and resources as per project timelines.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues, challenges, and discrepancies in real time.
  • Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates, feedback, and insights as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in the commercial plumbing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in or near San Jose, CA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing and analyzing construction documents using Bluebeam software.
  • Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • A proven track record reflecting a stable work history and commitment to project excellence.
