Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing and managing commercial plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
Review and analyze construction documents using Bluebeam software to ensure project specifications and quality standards adherence.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the availability of materials and resources as per project timelines.
Address and resolve project-related issues, challenges, and discrepancies in real time.
Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Participate in project meetings, providing updates, feedback, and insights as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in the commercial plumbing industry.
Qualifications:
Must be based in or near San Jose, CA.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.
Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing and analyzing construction documents using Bluebeam software.
Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
