Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing Detailer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing field. The successful candidate will bring extensive knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, TSI, Revit, and 3D plumbing design.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to interpret plumbing system designs and specifications.
- Utilize hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing field to create accurate and detailed plumbing drawings.
- Employ AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, TSI, Revit, and 3D plumbing design tools to develop precise plumbing models.
- Generate detailed shop drawings, isometrics, and schematics to support project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers and field staff to address design issues and modifications.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure coordination of plumbing systems within the overall project design.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices related to plumbing design and detailing.
- Provide support during the construction phase by responding to requests for information (RFIs) and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, TSI, Revit, and 3D plumbing design.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and components.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex design specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Local presence in Phoenix, AZ, or willingness to relocate.
