Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing Detailer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing field. The successful candidate will bring extensive knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, TSI, Revit, and 3D plumbing design.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to interpret plumbing system designs and specifications.
Utilize hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing field to create accurate and detailed plumbing drawings.
Employ AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, TSI, Revit, and 3D plumbing design tools to develop precise plumbing models.
Generate detailed shop drawings, isometrics, and schematics to support project requirements.
Work closely with project managers and field staff to address design issues and modifications.
Collaborate with other trades to ensure coordination of plumbing systems within the overall project design.
Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices related to plumbing design and detailing.
Provide support during the construction phase by responding to requests for information (RFIs) and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, TSI, Revit, and 3D plumbing design.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and components.
Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex design specifications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Local presence in Phoenix, AZ, or willingness to relocate.
