Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer visionary leadership and strategic oversight for all commercial plumbing projects, ensuring delivery within stipulated timelines and budgets and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met and even surpassed.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit and HAP for project planning, designing, and implementation.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled plumbing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving, devising strategies to navigate potential project pitfalls and ensuring swift resolution of challenges.
  • Continuously liaise with the engineering team to ensure designs and implementations align with the latest industry standards and innovations.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in or around San Jose, CA.
  • Possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a higher relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the commercial plumbing industry.
  • At least four years spent in a prominent leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software tools like Revit and HAP.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and guide teams towards success.
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A work history characterized by stability, dedication, and notable achievements.
