Position Overview:
The Commercial Plumbing Project Engineer will ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, an analytical mindset, and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage all phases of plumbing projects, from initial planning and design to completion.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and timely project execution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company guidelines, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction at every project stage.
Required Qualifications:
Residency in Orange County, CA or willing to relocate.
Stable work history demonstrating commitment and professionalism.
A minimum of 2 years of commercial plumbing project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with significant hands-on field experience in place of a degree will also be considered.
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
