Location: San Jose, CA - Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the San Jose area permanently.

Key Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License in California.
  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in commercial plumbing engineering, preconstruction, project management, and leadership.
  • A stable work history is essential.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide executive oversight of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and planning.
  • Develop and manage a high-performance team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Serve as the principal liaison with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and advanced project management methodologies to ensure project success.
  • Review and interpret contracts, architectural plans, and specifications.
  • Drive business growth through networking, client relationship management, and business development activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
