Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large-scale commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including planning, execution, and closeout.
2. Liaise with stakeholders to clarify project specifications and requirements.
3. Prepare and submit project bids, manage budgets, and track billings.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to procure all necessary materials and fixtures.
6. Ensure compliance with all industry safety standards, including OSPHD HCAI.
7. Manage and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the course of the project.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
9. Regularly update all stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager.
2. Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
3. Knowledge of OSPHD HCAI and industry safety standards.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. BSME or Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.
7. Must have a local, stable work history.
