Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should have a local presence, a stable work history, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing design, estimating, and project management, the candidate should be proficient in tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. Previous involvement in large commercial projects is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the successful execution of commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.
  • Design Management: Manage and coordinate the design process for plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Estimation: Lead and contribute to the estimation process, providing accurate cost assessments and supporting budget management.
  • Document Control: Utilize tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for effective document management and project coordination.
  • Project Coordination: Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all plumbing activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Reporting: Generate regular project status reports for senior management and clients.
  • MS Project Proficiency: Utilize MS Project for project scheduling, resource allocation, and effective project management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing design, estimating, and project management.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
