Position Summary:
The Plumbing Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in various settings, including commercial properties and homeowner associations (HOAs). The successful candidate will be a fast-paced, hard-working professional with high integrity and a keen eye for detail, not specialized in any singular plumbing discipline.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician.
Commercial or HOA experience is preferred.
Demonstrable breadth of expertise in various plumbing disciplines.
Established a reputation for high integrity, hard work, speed, and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfort with a commission-based compensation structure is preferred; however, this is not a sales-oriented role.
Must possess a complete set of personal plumbing tools.
Must pass DMV checks, background checks, and drug tests.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and install various plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.
Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals as needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including properly caring for company vehicles and tools.
Complete all necessary paperwork, reports, and documentation promptly and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and questions courteously and professionally.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to respond to emergency service calls during evenings and weekends when necessary.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid plumbing certification or license in the state of California is preferred.
