Position Summary:
As a Plumbing/HVAC General Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing and supervising a wide range of HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion. You will lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure all projects comply with safety and building codes. This position demands a deep understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing significant projects and crews.
Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Lead and manage field personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety standards and building codes across all projects.
- Conduct daily briefings to discuss project objectives, address challenges, and ensure team alignment.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and schedules to determine requirements for staffing, materials, and equipment.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to guarantee project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

- Local to Phoenix, AZ, or willing to relocate.
