Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales teams, and engineering departments during the preconstruction phase.
- Analyze clients' requirements and provide strategic HVAC and plumbing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Lead sales efforts for HVAC equipment, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to cater to the needs of potential clients.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive client proposals.
- Maintain an updated knowledge base regarding emerging trends, products, and technologies in the HVAC and plumbing sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met while continuously expanding our client portfolio.
- Engage in regular client consultations, offering expert advice on equipment specifications, system design considerations, and potential cost-saving strategies.
Qualifications:
- Residency in or near San Diego, CA, complemented by a stable work history.
- A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC equipment sales.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, with a keen ability to propose and articulate efficient and innovative solutions.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, enabling productive engagements with clients, sales teams, and engineering departments.
