We are seeking a skilled and locally-based Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history, possess over 6 years of experience in commercial project management for medium to large HVAC construction projects, and be familiar with construction software, including Bluebeam.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures when applicable.
Construction Software: Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam and other industry tools, to enhance project management efficiency.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays proactively.
Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure overall project satisfaction.
Construction Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of construction projects.
Qualifications:
Local Residency: Based in Phoenix, AZ.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in commercial project management for HVAC construction.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction software, including Bluebeam and other industry tools.
