Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate should have a local presence, a stable work history, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management, the candidate should be well-versed in tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. Previous involvement in large-scale commercial projects is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take charge of commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, leading from initiation to successful completion.
- Design and Estimation: Contribute to the design and estimation processes for commercial plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Document Control: Utilize tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for effective document management and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices in plumbing and HVAC activities.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive project status reports for senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
- Proficiency in construction management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
