Principal Duties:
- Spearhead a diverse range of commercial HVAC and plumbing endeavors, ensuring each project is streamlined from conception to close-out.
- Forge solid alliances with clients, vendors, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered timely and within scope and budget.
- Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive project strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Host periodic project evaluations, maintaining transparency with all parties and steering projects towards desired outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and industry best practices across all project phases.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, nurturing relationships anchored in trust, clarity, and unwavering reliability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Located in or near Orange, CA.
- Stable work history.
- A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in project management, focusing on the commercial HVAC and plumbing sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Expertise in managing concurrent projects, ensuring they align with quality, timing, and financial benchmarks.
