Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, streamlining processes from the initial stages to finalization.
- Establish and nurture robust partnerships with clients, suppliers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered promptly and within established parameters.
- Design and evolve comprehensive project blueprints, proactively addressing and overcoming anticipated challenges.
- Facilitate regular project review sessions, ensuring open communication with all involved and guiding projects to success.
- Maintain a commitment to safety protocols and industry-recognized best practices throughout project stages.
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients, fostering relationships defined by mutual trust, clear communication, and dependable service.
Qualifications:
- Residency in or near Orange, CA.
- Stable work history
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects within the commercial HVAC and plumbing domains.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with established quality, timeline, and budgetary guidelines.
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and applications.
- Strong communication skills, apt for building connections across a diverse set of stakeholders.
