Responsibilities:
Support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
Assist in estimating and preparing project bids for plumbing and HVAC installations.
Utilize BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore software for accurate estimating, project scheduling, and document management.
Oversee service and tenant improvement (TI) projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC estimating and project management.
Familiarity with BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore software.
Proven experience with service and tenant improvement (TI) commercial projects.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Stable work history with references.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
Experience with LEED and sustainable building practices.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
