As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

  • The Plumbing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing multiple foremen and actively managing numerous projects concurrently. This role demands a thorough understanding of advanced plumbing systems, as well as strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities related to plumbing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they arrive on time and are of the required quality.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor multiple supervisors, ensuring work is executed effectively and safely.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication among team members.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standards.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate and apply advanced plumbing knowledge to solve complex on-site issues.
  • Keep updated with the latest plumbing technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Client Relations:

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Address any client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit project updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including blueprints, reports, and schedules, are current.

Qualifications:

  • Residency: Must be a resident of Phoenix, AZ.
  • Experience: Proven track record with a stable work history, preferably with extensive project experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Leadership: Experience overseeing multiple foremen and managing numerous projects concurrently.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant plumbing certifications/licenses would be advantageous.
