Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Lorenzo, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with an extensive background in commercial mechanical construction to make a substantial impact on our operations.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of medium to large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, with a range of budgets from $1M to $15M+. Your role will involve working closely with our in-house team and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

Overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects, from initial bidding and estimation to final completion.

Preparing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring all projects are executed as planned.

Coordinating and collaborating with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Managing financial aspects of contracts, including procurement, invoicing, budgeting, and cost reporting.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.

Utilizing Bluebeam software for project management tasks such as document management, drawing markup, and collaboration.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is required.

A minimum of 3 years and up to 15 years of project management experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC.

Proven track record of successfully managing commercial mechanical construction projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $15M+.

Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and utilizing Bluebeam software.

Must be local to San Lorenzo, CA.
