Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and dispatch HVAC service calls and maintenance appointments.
- Build strong relationships with service supervisors, technicians, office staff, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize IFS or similar dispatching software for scheduling and tracking service requests.
- Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location.
- Monitor service progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize routes and reduce response times.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of dispatch processes and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of experience in commercial HVAC service coordination or dispatch.
- Proficiency in IFS or similar dispatching software.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with technicians, staff, and customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
- A stable work history reflecting reliability and commitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be local to Orange County, CA.
