Responsibilities:
- Direct comprehensive management of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, emphasizing hospital settings, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.

- Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for meticulous project documentation, tracking planning, scheduling, and progress.
- Review all project specifications, drawings, and contracts to guarantee understanding and compliance.

- Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, coordinating with project timelines and specifications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel for project management purposes.
- Solid understanding of OSHPD and HCAI requirements.
