- Spearheaded factory-level startups and commissioning for sophisticated HVAC systems in various commercial settings.
- Perform expert diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Efficiently conduct warranty repairs, maintaining the highest quality standards and attention to detail.
- Oversee and manage significant HVAC projects, prioritizing customer satisfaction and project excellence.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to our growing team of HVAC professionals, fostering skill development and expertise.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree or certification in HVAC technology, focusing on large systems such as chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, with specific expertise in system startups, commissioning, and advanced diagnostics.
- Deep familiarity with leading HVAC brands and technologies, including Trane, Daikin, and others.
- Proven project management skills and exceptional ability to communicate with clients and team members.
- A strong, stable local work history in the Fargo area or willingness to relocate.
