We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer to join our Los Angeles team.

Position Overview:

The Senior HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional solutions and services. This individual will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Los Angeles market

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts

  • Provide technical expertise and system design solutions to meet customer needs

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets and objectives

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales engineers and team members

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or a related role

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently

  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
