We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Piping Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the execution and delivery of large-scale piping projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, to ensure successful delivery of piping projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to achieve project objectives.
  3. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, direction, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  5. Monitor project performance against established targets, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as internal quality and safety policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to senior management and clients.
  8. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring the timely resolution of conflicts and the achievement of project objectives.
  9. Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance overall project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and opportunities and participating in proposal development activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline; a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the EPC industry, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role, specifically focusing on large-scale piping projects.
  3. Strong understanding of engineering principles, industry codes, and standards related to piping systems.
  4. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  8. Willingness to travel as required to support project activities and client meetings.
