Job Title: Senior Plumbing Estimator

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a locally-based Senior Plumbing Estimator in Orange County, CA, with a stable work history and extensive experience in commercial plumbing estimating for medium to large construction projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient with construction software, including Bluebeam.
Responsibilities:
- Estimation Leadership: Lead and oversee the plumbing estimation process for medium to large commercial construction projects.
- Bid Management: Manage the entire bid process, from reviewing bid documents and coordinating with subcontractors, to ensuring timely submission.
- Cost Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to accurately assess project costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.
- Construction Software Expertise: Utilize proficiency in construction software, such as Bluebeam and other industry tools, to improve estimation accuracy and efficiency.
- Budget Alignment: Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that estimates align with project budgets.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing on plumbing materials and equipment.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients during the bid process to clarify project requirements, respond to inquiries, and provide essential information.
Qualifications:
- Local Residency: Must be based in Orange County, CA.
- Experience: Significant experience in commercial plumbing estimating for medium to large construction projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in construction software, including Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
