Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and healthcare plumbing projects in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Healthcare Expertise: Familiarity with healthcare construction requirements, including OSHPOD/HCAI regulations.
- Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures to meet project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial and healthcare plumbing project management.
- Healthcare Compliance: Knowledge of OSHPOD/HCAI requirements for healthcare construction projects.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in construction software, including Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stable Work History: Demonstrated stability in employment history.
