Senior Plumbing Service Technician
Service Area: Los Angeles and Orange County, focusing on high-rise buildings, tenant complexes, and office plazas.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in commercial plumbing systems, with a specialization in servicing high rises, plumbing maintenance for tenant buildings, and office plazas.
Proficient in advanced plumbing techniques, including camera line inspection, snaking, jetting, and obtaining backflow certifications.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Adhere to safety and industry standards, with full EPA certification.
Forge strong customer relations and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of professional plumbing experience.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including sewer systems, water heaters, pumps, backflow prevention, and soldering.
Competent in electrical troubleshooting and various plumbing equipment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Plumbing trade school or relevant courses preferred.
