Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, highlighting potential bottlenecks, setting timelines, and assigning responsibilities.
- Conduct regular project review meetings, keeping all stakeholders informed about the project status and any critical decisions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in or near Honolulu, HI.
- Demonstrable stability in previous professional roles.
- A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in project management, specifically within the commercial HVAC and plumbing sectors.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and applications.
