We are in search of an experienced and seasoned Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in sunny San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, with a remarkable 10+ years of expertise in commercial and healthcare project management within a medium or large plumbing and HVAC construction company. Familiarity with OSHPD/HCAP requirements is essential, as is proficiency in construction software, including Bluebeam. A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the management of plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with OSHPD/HCAP requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, including procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints, ensuring adherence to local and state regulations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, facilities, and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project milestones, work performed, and financials.
  • Uphold safety standards and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in plumbing and HVAC construction, with a focus on commercial and healthcare projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OSHPD/HCAP requirements and healthcare project nuances.
  • Proficiency in construction software, particularly Bluebeam, and other related tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • A proven and stable work history in commercial and healthcare project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
