Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should possess a stable work history and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in project management for medium to large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects. Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements, proficiency in Bluebeam, and other construction software, along with a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, are essential qualifications for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects in Orange County.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCASI regulations and other relevant building codes and standards.
- Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam, to manage project documentation, drawings, and communication effectively.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
Qualifications:
- Local residency in Orange County, CA.
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management for commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects.
- Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
