Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and locally-based Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage commercial and healthcare projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate should bring a stable work history, possess over 10 years of project management experience in medium to large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction, and be familiar with OSHPD/HCASI requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee commercial and healthcare plumbing/HVAC projects from conception to completion.
  • Team Management: Manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and support staff, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to OSHPD/HCASI requirements and other relevant regulations.
  • Construction Software: Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam and other industry tools, to enhance project management efficiency.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures when applicable.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays proactively.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure overall project satisfaction.
  • Construction Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of construction projects.

Qualifications:
  • Local Residency: Based in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management for commercial and healthcare plumbing/HVAC construction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements and other relevant regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with construction software, including Bluebeam and other industry tools.
