Senior Project Manager - Commercial/Military Mechanical in Guam
Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee our commercial mechanical projects in Guam. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in managing commercial and military construction projects. Preference is given to local candidates, but we welcome those willing to relocate. A degree in construction management or mechanical engineering, or equivalent field experience, is required.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of complex mechanical construction projects.
- Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project quality standards.

Qualifications
