Job Title: Senior Refrigeration Service Technician

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Astoria, OR. The ideal candidate will be a resident with a stable work history and a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment, including small RTUs, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and coolers.
- Provide high-quality service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair.
- Proven field service experience.
- Ability to work with various models and brands of refrigeration equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- Technical degree or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be a local Astoria, OR, resident or willing to relocate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
