Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, ice machines, and rack systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including adherence to EPA guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including timely response to service calls and clear communication of service details and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service logs and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements:
- Proven local and stable work history in commercial refrigeration services.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

- Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, reaching, and lifting associated with servicing refrigeration equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an accessible manner.
