Job Overview: We are actively seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead and ensure the smooth running of our service division. The role requires an individual well-versed in commercial HVAC systems, particularly in the servicing of large-scale equipment, complemented by an impressive managerial background.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Oversight & Management:

    • Supervise daily activities of the HVAC service division.
    • Guarantee timely and quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs of commercial HVAC systems.
  2. Technical Expertise:

    • Offer hands-on expertise when servicing intricate HVAC equipment, such as chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
    • Troubleshoot and provide resolutions for complex technical challenges while guiding the service technicians.
  3. Team Leadership & Training:

    • Head, train, and mentor a team of dedicated HVAC technicians.
    • Promote a work environment emphasizing safety, professionalism, and ongoing training.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Forge and maintain relationships with clients to understand and meet their HVAC service needs.
    • Efficiently handle any service-related complaints or concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Estimation & Financial Oversight:

    • (If involved in estimation) Use industry experience to offer accurate service estimates to prospective clients.
    • Oversee service-related finances to assure profitability and cost management.


  • Residency in or near Raleigh, NC is a must.
  • Proven and stable work history.
  • A minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC service management.
  • Over 10 years of in-depth commercial HVAC experience, especially in servicing large equipment like chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
  • HVAC service estimating experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
