- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and comprehend blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine sheet metal products' precise layout and installation requirements.
- Precision Measurements: Mark and measure sheet metal in alignment with the provided templates.
- Installation: Efficiently install HVAC systems in commercial settings while adhering to stringent safety standards.
- Seam Fastening: Employ techniques such as riveting, bolting, caulking, and soldering to guarantee a leak-proof installation.
- Metal Fabrication: Expertly mold and shape metal sheets using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections to spot and rectify any faulty installations or systems needing repair.
- Team Collaboration: Engage actively with professionals like engineers, designers, and HVAC technicians to drive project success.
