Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on smart building technologies, guiding customers and consultants through the development of smart building strategies that meet real-world needs.
- Architect, deploy, and troubleshoot IoT solutions for connected buildings, ensuring the operation of secure, highly scalable systems.
- Design and implement smart building solutions, from sensor installation to system control, fault detection, and diagnostics, to simplify building operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met, delivering innovative projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and present technical documentation and solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the advantages of smart building technologies.
- Stay abreast of technological trends in the smart buildings sector to identify and pursue opportunities for new product and service development.
- Support sales and marketing efforts through participation in customer meetings, presentations, and industry trade shows.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of IoT solutions architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting, preferably within the smart buildings domain.
