Reporting to the Service Coordination Manager, this role involves coordinating both routine maintenance and emergency service requests by collaborating closely with service technicians and facilities managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Manage HVAC service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for service technicians and facilities managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for both routine maintenance and emergency requests, optimizing technician schedules.
Resource Allocation: Allocate appropriate resources, including service technicians and equipment, for prompt and efficient service delivery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, schedules, and completed work.
Problem Resolution: Collaborate with service technicians to address challenges and obstacles during service delivery, ensuring prompt resolution.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service coordination and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HVAC service coordination, preferably in a senior role.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance processes, with familiarity in service technician workflows.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with service technicians, facilities managers, and customers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve service-related issues.
