Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering or construction management, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing design, estimating, and project management. Familiarity with industry-standard software tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore, along with a stable work history and a proven track record of success in managing large commercial plumbing projects, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with design and estimating teams to develop accurate project specifications and cost estimates.
- Conduct regular project site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore, for effective project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
