Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and supervise the comprehensive life cycle of plumbing/HVAC projects in healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure streamlined operations and project success.
- Regularly review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Maintain consistent communication channels with all stakeholders, promptly providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and industry-specific safety and quality protocols, particularly those unique to healthcare environments.
- Strategically allocate resources, manage project budgets, and ensure cost-effective project management.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Must be locally based in Honolulu, HI.
- A stable work history.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing/HVAC project management, with a significant portion dedicated to healthcare projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Adept in managing multiple projects and simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively.
