Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all facets of the sheet metal division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a harmonious and productive working environment.
- Review and interpret project blueprints regularly, ensuring work aligns with client specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a robust communication framework with all stakeholders, keeping them updated and swiftly addressing any concerns or challenges.
- Formulate, monitor, and adjust project timelines and resources to guarantee timely and top-quality project delivery.
- Ensure all projects align with local, state, and industry-specific safety and quality regulations.
- Manage budgets, forecast resources, and ensure cost-effective operations within the division.
- Mentor, guide, and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Must have a local residence in Honolulu, HI, or its surrounding areas.
- A consistent and stable professional work history.
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial sheet metal, with proven managerial experience.
- Thorough knowledge of sheet metal tools, software, best practices, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating smooth interactions with diverse teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
