Job Title: Staff Assistant

Overview: Seeking a highly organized and motivated Staff Assistant to support our team in the commercial mechanical construction industry. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including document management, meeting coordination, and communication facilitation. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents with high attention to detail.
  • Efficiently manage document filing and retrieval systems.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and schedules to support project timelines.
  • Screen and distribute incoming communications, including calls and emails, to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including emailing, faxing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within a construction or related industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Local and stable work history.
