Job Overview: The Commercial HVAC/Sheet Metal Superintendent-Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our commercial HVAC projects. This role demands a combination of hands-on field experience and strong managerial capabilities to guide and manage our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage all stages of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead and manage large crews of 20-50 skilled workers.
- Promote a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Ensure the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Hands-on Experience:
- Draw from prior hands-on experience in installing HVAC equipment to guide team and troubleshoot as required.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control (QC):
- Develop and enforce QC standards, ensuring all works meet the required industry and company benchmarks.
- Regularly inspect installations for quality and adherence to specifications.

Safety:
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and drills.

Budget Management:
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets.
- Ensure cost efficiency and financial responsibility throughout project execution.
Requirements:
- Must be a local resident of Guam.
- Demonstrable stable work history.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on field experience installing HVAC equipment.
- Proven experience managing large crews (20-50 employees).
- Strong understanding of QC, safety regulations, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure.
