Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive sales initiatives for high-end HVAC mechanical equipment, focusing on innovative solutions for data centers and essential infrastructure.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their specific HVAC needs are effectively addressed.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering exceptional consultative sales support.
  • Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique benefits of our HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design and implement bespoke solutions for complex HVAC applications.
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to shape future product development and innovation.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to successful deal closure.


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in sales engineering, focusing on sophisticated HVAC mechanical systems.
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, especially chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other specialized equipment.
  • Proven success in managing projects related to data centers and their unique HVAC requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a history of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepared to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits as needed.

  • Hands-on experience in the design and installation of HVAC systems.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering effective and timely solutions.
