Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Waste Water Treatment Project Manager to join our team in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate should have a local presence, a stable work history, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Civil Engineering (BSCE), or Construction Management. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in waste water treatment design, estimating, and project management, the candidate should be proficient in tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. Prior involvement in large waste water treatment projects is crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Assume responsibility for waste water treatment projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Design and Estimation: Contribute to the design and estimation processes for waste water treatment systems.
  • Project Management: Oversee project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Document Control: Utilize tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for effective document management and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, environmental engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices in waste water treatment activities.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive project status reports for senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Civil Engineering (BSCE), or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in waste water treatment design, estimating, and project management.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
